If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product or service you have purchased from Nutrition Coach and you would like a refund, just contact us within the review period offered for each product or service as listed below.

Due to the nature of these individual bespoke coaching services, satisfaction and success issues need to be identified promptly to maintain a healthy client-coach relationship and to ensure that coaching sessions provide positive outcomes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the coaching that you have purchased and would like a refund, just contact us during the first thirty (30) days of this coaching engagement and we will issue a prompt and courteous refund. This 30-day review period begins on the date of the first 1-on-1 coaching session. No refunds are provided after the 30-day review period has ended.
CANCELLATION OF GROUP COACHING AND MEMBERSHIPS
If you have a purchased one of our 90-day membership and/or group coaching programs and are being billed quarterly, you may cancel at any time and your membership or/and group coaching engagement will end on the last day of the 90-day period and will you not be billed again for another quarter.
