Turmeric, one of the primary spices used in Indian curry, has enough healing properties to make you want to use it everyday! Recent nutritional research has shown that turmeric has effects on cancer, memory, and even arthritis.
Why? One of the active polyphenols in the spice is curcumin, a powerful ingredient for your health. While curcumin is still under scientific scrutiny, clinical and other research evidence shows that it may have the power to do the following:
