Pro Tip: Do not just download this guide and then forget about it. Let someone else make that mistake.
Do This Instead:
- Sometime over the next the next 24 hours, prepare your favorite beverage, print out a hard copy of this guide, and spend 15 minutes perusing it.
- Then decide which foods on the list you could eat daily or weekly to reduce the number of calories you currently consume.
- Begin to lose pounds and drop a size or two.
When my most successful client was given this guide, she blocked out time on her calendar to go over it, so she would not forget as she was an extremely busy attorney, raising three young children. Later that evening, once her kids were sleeping, she printed out a hard copy and reviewed it.
I think that is an excellent idea!
I suggest scheduling a 15-minute block of reading time on your calendar to go through the guide if you cannot immediately dive into it.
